Lifecast Body Simulation Toddler & Child manikins are highly accurate and lifelike, designed and manufactured in the UK. Based on the lifecasts and scans of real children, the Lifecast Toddler (based on a 3 year old) and Child (based on an 8 year old) feature lifelike details including visible veins and underlying structures, hair and precise anatomical mouths and airways enabling ALS airway management (ET tube intubation currently for Child only). Being naturally ‘floppy’, the Toddler is incredible for challenging the perceptions of what a manikin should look and feel like and allow for testing of systems such as broselow to establish appropriate care pathways.
Available in a wide range of ethnicities and created with accurate average weights and heights, Lifecast Toddler & Child manikins encourage more natural handling, bring a new level of realism to medical training and demonstrate our belief in building simulation training tools that create emotional attachment and engagement.
